we have a red sox fanatic in the family... it's official

the family sans kelsey and robby took a trip to boston this past week and it was a blast!  we did the freedom trail, roamed around quincy market and ate a lot of delicious food, took a ferry to cape cod and spent the day there biking and shopping, and most importantly we went to 3 red sox games!  this was cole's dream come true.... and even though they lost two of the games we got to see them beat the yankees!  it was such a good game!  we missed you kels and robby!

update on kels

Everyone keeps asking for an update... so here it is! Kels has been gone for exactly a month now. It seems like it has gone by so slow... maybe because we miss her so much! Anyways, we heard from her on Saturday and she sounded wonderful! She says that she doesn't know when she will be done, but she sees the end in sight. Thank goodness. Hopefully we'll see her this weekend :) We'll keep you all informed!

weekend fun.

i brought up all of my friends from school and exposed them to the wonderful world of north ogden. we slept over on friday night and woke up early and went skiing up at snowbasin. it was a perfect ski day and we all know that snowbasin is the best resort around... the best part had to be mom's 5-course breakfast in the morning made by mom. thanks mom! you are the best and your domestic skills never cease to amaze me.

it was a great weekend! felt so good to be home for a minute. thanks for hosting mom, dad, & cole!

This past weekend was a BLAST. We all got to go to California (except cole) to watch kelsey graduate from the Kitchen Academy in L.A. We stayed in Huntington Beach with Art & Victoria, our favorite family friends who used to be our next door neighbors in North Ogden. Way to go Kels, we are proud of you! I'm pretty sure we are officially the best-fed family in the United States.
